Westlaw Doc & Form Builder
Westlaw Doc & Form Builder is one of the services you may access through this site. You agree that you will only use this service for work you are doing on a pro bono case. In this instance, a pro bono case is a case that you accepted with no expectation of collecting any type of payment, including on contingency, and the client is a low-income person or a non-profit organization whose work aims to address the needs of low-income persons.
For our purposes, low-income means the client earns 200% of the Federal Poverty Guideline or less. You can see a chart showing 200% of the Federal Poverty Guideline here. Cases where you are unable to collect a fee (i.e. “bad debt”) are not pro bono cases for the purposes of this website or for eligibility to use the Westlaw Doc & Form Builder service through this site. You may not use this site to access Westlaw Doc & Form Builder for any cases in which you expect to collect any type of payment.
Contact us if you have any questions about whether your case qualifies.
We will terminate your access to Westlaw Doc & Form Builder and any other services provided through this site if we believe you are misusing Westlaw Doc & Form Builder or you have not been truthful and accurate in your application to access the service.
Free CLE is one of the services you may access through this site. You agree that in exchange for access to this free CLE, you will accept at least one pro bono case in the 12 months following viewing the CLE.
