If you need legal advice or legal representation for a protective order, divorce, or child custody, AVDA’s legal team is here to help you. Your legal team will walk with you through the court process, and help you with other supportive services. We also provide counseling and a variety of emergency assistance. Whether you need counseling or legal services, you'll find help to overcome the violence in your life with the help of Aid to Victims of Domestic Abuse. Our program for Victim Advocacy provides you with all the steps you need to safely escape, get help, and take legal action. All services are free in both English and Spanish. Legal representation is available in over 50 languages.
