Organization Description:
FVPS provides free civil legal services for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking. The majority of the cases are family law cases. FVPS welcomes any attorney who is interesed in providing direct representation. When an attorney contacts FVPS expressing interest in taking a pro bono case, the agency directly refers an applicant who has already been screened for eligibility to the pro bono attorney. The pro bono attorney can request the type of case and level of complexity and the agency will attempt to accommodate that request.
