These days pro bono and access to justice are hot topics across the state. But what can judges do to increase access to justice? It turns out the answer is a lot. This session will cover the ethical considerations that arise when judges participate in pro bono efforts, and will provide you with concrete steps you can take to help increase access to justice in your community without crossing any ethical lines.
