This course is an introductory course and intended to be used with the Bankruptcy in a Box, a TexasBarCLE Online Course. When you register for the Bankruptcy in a Box course, the administrator will waive the course fee in exchange for a commitment to take 2 pro bono cases over 2 years with your local legal aid office.
The Bankruptcy in a Box course is a panel format and does not work directly with the schedules and all required filings for a bankruptcy case. There will be another presentation that will cover the nuts and bolts of filing including completing schedules and handling the 341 meeting.
